WEEKLY GROUP classes:

Join our 6 week series in a small, supportive group. Move gently, connect deeply, and find presence in a space designed to nurture your body and calm your mind.


PRIVATE coaching:

Ready for deeper transformation? In these one-on-one sessions you'll receive guidance and practices tailored to your body, rhythm, and goals so you can move, feel, and show up in life with more ease, presence, and confidence.

retreats:

Bring gentle movement, meditation, and mindful practices directly to your retreat. I'll guide your group in creating a restorative, grounding experience that helps participants slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and leave feeling renewed and present.

What is YIN Movement?

Have you ever worked so hard to succeed, only to find yourself exhausted the moment you achieved it? That was me. I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, the city that never sleeps, learning early how to hustle, grind, and make things happen. I believed that with enough effort, I could have anything I wanted.
But life had a wake-up call in store. I got sick, and suddenly I realized that success at any cost was no longer sustainable. I needed a different way. That’s when I discovered the power of moving softer, slowing down, and surrendering. I learned to trust my higher self, reconnect with my spirit, and align my life with my divine feminine energy.
Now, my work is about helping others do the same: to succeed and thrive without exhaustion, to reclaim their energy, and to move through life with grace, flow, and intention. My approach blends gentle movement, meditation, and mindful practices, a space to reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and embrace your full, radiant feminine essence.
Because life doesn’t have to be a constant hustle. You can move, succeed, and flourish in a softer, more aligned way.
